Mystic Smoke BBQ, proudly serving since April 2024, brings authentic slow-smoked meats to your event with tender Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Chicken, Sausage, and fall-off-the-bone Ribs—all smoked low and slow using local hardwoods on our custom-built smoker trailer. Dig into hearty favorites like Chili Cheese Burgers and Chili Cheese Dogs, paired with homemade sides including creamy Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, Potato Salad, and Coleslaw. Every bite is elevated by our house-made BBQ sauces: Sweet Memphis, Spicy Memphis, and a tangy Alabama White perfect for chicken. Come savor real pitmaster flavor straight from the smoker!

All of our meats are slow smoked using local hardwoods on our custom-built smoker attached to the food trailer, delivering authentic, smoky flavor in every bite.
